Twilight, New Moon and Eclipse News for April 27

New Eclipse Photo: Robert Pattinson Prepares Kristen Stewart for the NewbornsAnother photo from Twilight Saga: Eclipse has been released after the final trailer was last week. This is a shot of the scene when Robert Pattinson (Edward) tells Kristen Stewart (Bella) about the army of newborn vampires that is coming their way. For anyone who's read the books, you know that the army has been formed by a young vampire Riley and because they are newborns they're stronger, faster and hungrier - basically uncontrollable. From the trailer you can tell that a big battle is coming (and again those who've read the books) between the newborns and the Cullens/werewolves team. I can't wait to see it! Link...

Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart Kiss in Never Released Twilight Scene (VIDEO)

I know that we're all gearing up for the release of Twilight Saga Eclipse on June 30th, but we still have to remember where it all started in the original Twilight. It seems that more and more never seen photos and footage of Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart are being released from the earlier films. The video below is of a scene in Bella's bedroom where she dreams that she kisses Edward and then wakes to find him there for only a second. The part where they share the kiss is the part that isn't actually in the movie. It was cut during editing for some reason and you have to wonder why because the kiss was hot! Link...

“Eclipse” book with new cover available for pre-order
This week I got a tip from the Thinking of Rob blog: a newly-designed “Eclipse” paperback is available for pre-order online. The official release date for the title is May 25, but the volume is already on sale for pre-order on Amazon.com (and does not yet appear to be on sale for pre-order at Borders’)—the cover price is $12.99, but Amazon.com is selling it for just under $9.00.
Pre-order Eclipse (The Twilight Saga) here
As with the earlier books, the alternative cover features the actors in the movies. In this case, we see a flowing-haired Bella flanked by a protective-looking Edward and Jacob. All characters are facing forward, though both Edward and Jacob’s faces are partially obscured. The image of clouds surrounding the eclipsed sun is shown on the bottom half of the space. Link...

According to Christian Serratos, “The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn” will begin production in October. Christian, who plays Bella’s friend Angela in the films, let the cat out of the bag on Monday.
She and co-stars Gil Birmingham, Booboo Stewart, and Daniel Cudmore were in Australia for the “Twilight” convention at Melbourne University when they were asked if they knew when “Breaking Dawn” would start shooting. Link...

Twilight, New Moon and Eclipse News for April 20

K.Stew's "Difficult" Eclipse Media Tour? With Eclipse just about two months away, we're in the middle of the calm before the crazy storm that will be Twilight promotion round 3.
If you remember (like you could forget), Taylor Lautner was significantly pimped out by Summit, publicity-wise, so as to rally troops over to Team Jacob—since Robert Pattinson wasn't featured in New Moon very much.
If you ask us, it backfired. Lautner overload! But then again, surely some of you think we do that with Robsten, too.
So will Rob and Kristen get some quality alone time on their worldwide press tour, now that Edward is back majorly in Eclipse? And which star has some suits concerned over potential too-cool-for-school behavior? Link...

New Twilight: Breaking Dawn Trailer! (Fan VIDEO)In a previous article I clued you in on a someone named TiteLola who has made a Twilight: Eclipse trailer that is more popular than the real ones on YouTube.
This time I present the new trailer TiteLola made for Twilight: Breaking Dawn.
The question is: how?
Twilight: Breaking Dawn doesn't start FILMING until November, according to Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson (through their PR Agents...) so how is TiteLola coming up with the images necessary to make a compelling trailer?

It turns out that most of the graphics are from earlier movies and even some footage not from the series at all. Hey! Do I detect a trend here for all movie trailers!!!
Just drop in footage from great movies that are kind of murky, add a loud, pulsing soundtrack that makes us think of the great horror movies of the past and write some title graphics that make no sense!
Brilliant! Link...

Eclipse Re-Shoot Drama Unfolds: Summit's Direct ReactionThe close-knit Twilight community went dark yesterday, when an ugly rumor plagued their seemingly perfect world. If you are familiar with the book series, you are aware that author Stephenie Meyer created a magical and romantic setting in a meadow where Bella and Edward would go to be alone. When the rumors hit that those scenes were going to be altered fans reacted. To the Twilight fans, these rumors set fire to this whimsical place held sacred to them.
With that said, the wild spreading rumors did have some truth, though it was totally twisted and taken out of context. It is true that some of the main cast is being called back for re-shoots before the film goes to the street, but it is not as bad as the bullying bloggers made you believe. A rep from Summit Entertainment is setting the record straight, claiming "very little" needs to be altered before The Twilight Saga: Eclipse opens June 30th. Link...
