Twilight: Breaking Dawn - What we know

Twilight is building towards its climax. We can't wait. But we won't see it until November. In the meantime, we've gathered everything we know about Breaking Dawn.

Diaries out, Twi-fans: The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part 1 is coming on November 18th. The final chapter in the vampire saga has been split into two parts filmed back-to-back, with the second to come next year.
While the novel revels in the escalating war between team Cullen and the vicious Volturi, it begins in a romantic mood with Edward and Bella on honeymoon. All the major cast members are back, including Kristen'n'Rob, Dakota Fanning, Taylor Lautner, Michael Sheen, Anna Kendrick and Nikki Reed. Key scenes have been filmed in Rio de Janeiro and teaser shots have got us all revved up for a sexy, suspenseful finale.

'Twilight' news wrap: Kristen Stewart as Snow White?
During the slower times, these Twilight news wraps seem both appropriate and convenient. So, here's the latest in Twilight news.
For starters, Peter Facinelli ("Carlisle Cullen" in the Twilight series) announced that the film he wrote, Accidentally In Love, which stars his wife Jennie Garth, will be hitting the Hallmark Channel on February 12th at 9:00 p.m. EST. You might recall that the film was originally titled Mulligan, and Jennie Garth posted an on-set photo from filming of the movie over the summer. Link...

Anna Kendrick: Back Home from "Breaking Dawn"Arriving on an incoming flight, Anna Kendrick was spotted at LAX International Airport yesterday (January 26).

This morning we saw the trailer for his new film WATER FOR ELEPHANTS (which doesn’t look bad, actually) and of course you can’t have a good day without a little Twilight news sprinkled in. The below picture, straight from the set of TWILIGHT: BREAKING DAWN PART 1 has hit the net today and it features Bob Patty snuggling with the baby of his co-star Alex Rice. Rice, of course, plays Sue Clearwater, the love interest to Bella’s father in the final film. You might be thinking, “hey, are you sure that’s not Renesmee” and my answer is “no, I’m not sure”. But the baby looks a lot like Alex, so I’m inclined to believe it’s hers. Link...

Twilight Breaking Dawn Volturi Set ImagesThe Volturi were out filming scenes on the streets of Louisiana this past Wednesday and several photographers were on hand on snap first looks at The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn vampires.
Amongst the images are Dakota Fanning (or a body double?) as Jane, Michael Sheen as Aro, Jamie Campbell Bower as Caius, Cameron Bright as Alec, and Christopher Heyerdahl as Marcus. All are in full costume, waiting to either rehearse or shoot their scenes. Link...

Twilight stars at children's hospital
Yesterday, four castmembers from The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 1 and The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 2 spent the day visiting the kids of Our Lady of the Lake Children's Hospital in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
Those four were Peter Facinelli ("Carlisle Cullen"), Elizabeth Reaser ("Esme Cullen"), Kellan Lutz ("Emmett Cullen"), and Nikki Reed ("Rosalie Hale"). In addition to visiting and spending time with the kids, they also brought along a few holiday gifts for the young ones - including New Moon swag in one case - with them as well! Link...

Bootleg Footage of Twilight Breaking Dawn Honeymoon Scene Online
Over Thanksgiving break, The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn director Bill Condon released the first official photo from the movie. It featured Bella’s limp arm laying on a bed, with feathers surrounding it. It was a nod to the post-sex scene that takes place in the book and the film and it had fans in a tizzy. If you thought that was awesome, some bootleg footage has popped up online that features Edward (Robert Pattinson) and Bella (Kristen Stewart) on their honeymoon on the beach getting hot and heavy.
The footage was shot in Brazil where their long awaited honeymoon takes place. There’s a shot of Edward speaking to Bella while kneeling down that also features them sharing a kiss, while Bella wears a blue sweater over a swimsuit and Edward sports a tank top and some shorts. Why does the image of him wearing that throw us for a loop? Edward, dressing like a normal teenager just seems weird. link...

Kellan Lutz: LAX Airport Bound
Gearing up for another trip, Kellan Lutz was spotted leaving his home en route to LAX International Airport yesterday (December 2).
The “Twilight” stud carried a duffel bag as well as a shoulder satchel as he strolled over to his ride, ignoring the paparazzi as he went. Link...

Twilight Breaking Dawn ‘To Shoot In Brazil’
Edward and Bella’s honeymoon in Twilight: Breaking Dawn is set to be shot in Brazil, according to star Ashley Greene.
Filming in the South American country was previously halted by bosses of the vampire films after security concerns.
But it seems Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart will still be shooting in Brazil. Their co-star Greene revealed: “They are filming a few days [there], but I’m not there. It’s Bella and Edward’s honeymoon.” Link...

Breaking Dawn Birth Scene: "I Love the Way They're Showing It," Says Kellan Lutz
Let the countdown begin. Cameras are pretty close to rolling on Breaking Dawn.
"We start sometime in October and go all the way through to late April," Kellan Lutz says. "I just did a [wardrobe fitting] and a contact lenses test."
As for that much anticipated, hard-to-imagine birthing scene...
Lutz cracked, "I think they should show it and have Emmett in the background laughing."
Joking aside, Lutz says he knows what director Bill Condon has planned for the potentially gory sequence. "I love the way that they're showing it," he said. "I really thought that was going to be really a tough thing to show." Link...

'Twilight' news wrap
A couple of interesting Twilight related tidbits popped up this weekend, so to catch up on some of the stories which might've been missed, here's a Twilight news wrap.
First, Rachelle Lefevre ("Victoria" in Twilight and The Twilight Saga: New Moon) did a really interesting interview with Red Carpet Diary's The YouTube Conversation about her work in Barney's Version. She talked about the difficulties of portraying her character as well as the exciting things she got to do in Rome, Italy while filming the movie. You can check it out in full here. Rachelle Lefevre had two films which showed at this year's Toronto Interntaional Film Festival - both Barney's and Casino Jack.
Second, Muse's bassist and keyboardist Chris Wolstenholme had an interview with The Sacramento Bee in which he talked about how Twilight has affected the band, saying "It really helped... Link...

Twilight New Moon Eclipse News for May 20

ROBERT PATTINSON HAS LOST HIS HAIRTwi-hards are in mourning as heartthrob Robert Pattinson debuted his new hair cut days ago, but do not worry he's not going bald, although he did joke “I got a terrible infestation of nits (lice) and I had to shave it off."
In reality Robert has cut his hair for a new film role, a source confirmed “Robert has had his hair cut short for a movie role but his discarded hair has gone missing." Link...

The Cullen Family Cast Returning For ‘Breaking Dawn’
Last week we reported on some rather unfortunate news (at least for Twilight fans) that some of the actors who portray the Cullen Family – Kellan Lutz
and Ashley Greene being singled out in particular – were causing some troubles for The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn. The reason for this was one of the usual suspects: money. Apparently the offer made to the actors in question – which was said to be as much as ten times what they made from the first Twilight – were deemed “offensive” because of how much money The Twilight Saga has pulled in (over $1.1. billion worldwide with just two movies – yowza!).
As a result of this holding out for money business, there were rumors that Summit Entertainment might even throw one of defiant actors out on the street, “to make a point.” However, those who were dreading the thought that any of the previously established Twilight actors wouldn’t return can breathe easy, as it appears all has been resolved and deals have been closed.
Official word comes from Summit itself that Peter Facinelli (Carlisle), Ashley Greene (Alice), Kellan Lutz (Emmett), Jackson Rathbone (Jasper), Elizabeth Reaser (Esme) and Nikki Reed (Rosalie) will all return for Breaking Dawn. They will join the regular Twilight trio of Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson
and Taylor Lautner, as well as Billy Burke who plays Bella’s father, Charlie. Link...

Twilight, Eclipse and New Moon News for March 17

The promos of Twilight Saga: Eclipse is out and so are many of the alleged during the shoot snaps. Keeping all that we have on internet in mind, I guess the third installment of Twilight is going to be pretty intense. Looks like a pretty intense story with pretty intense sensuous scenes as well.
If the pictures available on net are true, then I must state the teenagers are in for a treat to the eyes. One such picture (from theinternet ) shows the shirtless Twilight vamp sizzling things up with a topless Bella. Pattinson is seen locking lips with K-Stew while his hands caresses her bare back. So we got the Twilight Eclipse teaser and full blown trailer last week, and though I know Twilight fans are satisfied with the very Bella, Edward, and Jacob-centric look at the upcoming third film in the Twilight Saga, but some of you had to wonder what’s going on with some of the other cast members, both new and old faces. We now have something for you!
A 2-minute behind-the-scenes look at Eclipse that’s featured on the New Moon DVD has made its way online, and features footage from the film, commentary, and some “making of” bits, specifically focusing on some action scenes.
