"Breaking Dawn" movie - photos of Swan House under construction in Vancouver

Vancouver is preparing for the cast and crew of "Breaking Dawn" to arrive in February. In the meantime, some photos of Swan House are made available before the movie begins filming in British Columbia.

Construction began on Swan House early morning Monday at Kerry Park in Surrey. The building is basically just walls and a shell with no interior design. The structure is used for exterior shots only with drapes and a lamp put in the front window. There will also be three large trees in the front and a large tree outside of Bella's bedroom. Robert Pattinson has revealed exactly what’s going on in the momentous image of Edward and Bella’s sex scene in Breaking Dawn, and it’s a little less sexy than you may have imagined.
Speaking to MTV about Summit Entertainment’s decision to release what is essentially the money shot (i.e. the couple’s consummation of their relationship after what feels like years of restraint and near misses) as our first official look at the film, the British actor joked: "I love how they release that for the first one. Just give it all away, you know?"

The cast and crew of the latest TWILIGHT movie were left stranded on a Brazilian island recently after a heavy rainstorm stopped them from returning to their hotel.
The stars, including Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart, have been busy working on the final installment in the vampire franchise, The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn, which will be split into two films.
The shoot has taken them through a range of diverse locations from Vancouver, Canada to New Orleans, Louisiana, and they recently relocated to an island off the coast of Brazil to film key scenes with Pattinson and Stewart. Link...

According to THR, The popular Brit has signed on to star in COSMOPOLIS, David Cronenberg’s adapation of the Don DeLillo novel. Pattinson replaces Colin Farrell in the role of Eric Parker, a 28-year-old financial wizard and billionare. Farrell was initially signed to the project, but had to back out due to a filming conflict. Also starring Paul Giamatti and Marion Cotillard, Cosmopolis follows Parker as he travels Manhattan in his stretch limo. His goal is simply to get a haircut, but his journey is obstructed by obstacles including a presidential visit, an attack by anarchists and a rapper’s funeral. The holidays are officially over for the Breaking Dawn cast as they've headed back to Louisiana to continue work on the fourth Twilight film. Ashley Greene spent some time with her family and boyfriend Joe Jonas in Florida. When leaving Florida last week, the actress was spotted wearing a ring on that finger - which prompted the question of whether or not Jonas proposed. ‘Breaking Dawn’ filming locations open thread
Over the last few days we’ve been inundated with questions about where and when Breaking Dawn will be filming, so we thought it would be a good time to start an Open Thread (like our Eclipse, Water For Elephants, and Abduction Open Threads) and this way fans can have one place to discuss all of the movie’s filming locations and news.
Here’s what we know for sure about the shoot right now. Filming begins on November 1st at Raleigh Studios at the Celtic Media Centre in Baton Rouge. The cast began arriving in Louisiana this weekend and the sets (including interiors of Edward’s house) have nearly been completed.
We’re also hearing that most of the Louisiana filming will take place inside, at the studio. In January, the shoot moves to Vancouver, where, presumably, most of the exterior scenes will be filmed. Link...
