I enjoy a nice lunch in Washington Square Park and he just happens to be feet from my favorite bench in the park. I show up in NoLita for a late afternoon stroll and a blood orange gelato and there he is again with his posse of Schwarzenegger-esque guards. He goes to the same bars I go to. He hangs out in the same hotel lobbies I hang out in. And, no doubt, he finds himself wishing he could constantly be surrounded by talented British men. There is nothing blasé about it, but Robert Pattinson is stalking me. Read this story, it's pretty amusing!

Trip to France, anyone? We might have to if we want to be the first to see New Moon. Reports are saying the second movie in the Twilight series is set to open in France 2days earlier than in the U.S.
According to the New Moon trailer that debuted in France, the movie is set to open on November 18. It's set to open in the United States on November 20. Does that mean France is going to see Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart reprise their roles as Edward Cullen and Bella Swan before anyone in the U.S.? Read more...

PATTINSON FILM SET DISRUPTED BY CRUMBLING BUILDING
Production on ROBERT PATTINSON's forthcoming movie REMEMBER ME was thrown into chaos on Wednesday (24Jun09) when firefighters rushed to the New York set to investigate a crumbling building.
The Twilight hunk is currently shooting the film in downtown Manhattan, but work was delayed when a crack in the wall of an old property nearby widened, setting off warning alarms placed to monitor the damage. Read more...

Hidden Flaws in ‘New Moon’ Teaser Trailer Are Revealed
Recently Clevver TV put up this video recap of the “New Moon” teaser trailer and revealed some very interesting things that some of us might have missed while watching the trailer. Dana Ward, the host of the show starts out going over the different scenes of the trailer, starting with the passionate Bella and Edward clip.
Then she moves to the part where Edward says that he will leave her in order to protect her. She gets to the new, buff Taylor Lautner as Jacob Black,and his role in the film. She said that people are saying that the vampire makeup is way better than what they used in “Twilight”. 'Twilight' leads with 12 Teen Choice Awards nods; 'HSM3' and 'Gossip Girl' get 10 each
"Slumdog Millionaire" may be the reigning Oscar champ, but it ran far behind "Twilight" when nominations for the 11th annual Teen Choice Awards were announced. The teen vampire romance snagged 12 nods, while the movie about a would-be millionaire in Mumbai managed only half that many. The two films face off for best drama as well as actor (Robert Pattinson and Dev Patel) and actress (Kristen Stewart and Freida Pinto).
At last month's MTV Movie Awards, "Twilight" won five awards, including best film. The Teen Choice Awards boasts many more categories, with seven surfboards handed out for top films as well as actor and actress in the following genres: action/adventure, bromantic comedy, comedy, drama, horror/thriller and music/dance. A crowd of 200 gathered outside NYU's Silver Center of Arts & Science after fans texted, tweeted and called their friends to get to downtown Manhattan, like, NOW!

The Twilight of the Extended Entertainment Tonight New Moon Footage
Following up on our earlier Twilight report of Entertainment Tonight releasing extended behind the scenes New Moon footage from their time on the set of the Twilight Saga sequel, the recycled New Moon footage has been released with a few bits and pieces of Twilight goodness added to the New Moon mix. As we reported in our earlier New Moon story about the extended ET footage, there's not a lot of new Twilight info to chew on.
However, the extended Entertainment Tonight footage does reveal an interesting scene between New Moon star Kristen Stewart and actor Jackson Rathbone at Bella's birthday party where fans are treated to a more dangerous side of Jasper as he loses his cool in a painful fury after seeing the blood of Bella from a papercut. Atom reveals Twilight schedule
Little, Brown imprint Atom has revealed its autumn publishing programme for Stephenie Meyer’s Twilight saga, in anticipation of movie sequel “New Moon”’s UK release on 27th November. As well as the movie tie-in, the imprint is releasing accompanying journals and limited editions of the novels.
The saga (Twilight, New Moon, Eclipse and Breaking Dawn) will be published as a four-hardback boxset in June/July. Also on 25th June, Atom will publish a limited print run of the saga as £6.99 B-format paperbacks, with red-edged pages, to coincide with the paperback edition of The Host. Read more..

Now that the clamor of the release of the New Moon trailer has settled down a bit, what’s next for Twilight fan favorite Robert Pattinson? Well, to say the least, this shooting star is just beginning to rocket to fame, fortune and worldwide recognition.
Currently, there are rumors that 22-year-old hunky Pattinson may play musician Jeff Buckley in a yet untitled film, but he is up against some pretty tough competition. James Franco seems to be the lead contender to land the part because he has more appeal to serious Buckley fans. Jeff Buckley is the singer-songwriter who became famous for his rendition of Hallelujah, but then tragically drowned I 1997. Whether Pattinson snags the role or not, one thing is certain, this British star who zoomed to worldwide stardom is sure to command better projects and bigger roles. Twilight Author Doesn't Need So Much Space
Stephenie Meyer won't be using MySpace to clear up Twilight rumors any time soon.
The author of the best-selling, four-part vampire love series announced on her official website that she is kicking her social networking page to the curb.
"It was a lot of fun while it lasted, and I really miss the early days when I could hang out with people online," Meyer wrote. "Many of you are hilarious and insightful, and I wish it was easier for me to talk to everyone the way I used to."

Megan Fox has spared a word about Robert Pattinson on the red carpet of "Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen" world premiere in Japan on Monday, June 8. The actress who has been rumored several times to have a brief fling with Rob said on the June issue of Elle magazine that the "Twilight" actor is "too immature". Told by take40.com that her comment may make Rob upset, she said "No. I know him and he laughs about it, it was a joke."
Also asked whether the event was the craziest that she could get, Megan replied that it was not as crazy as what Rob is experiencing. "No," the 23-year-old beauty said. Finally we have an answer to the question everyone asked after seeing the trailer for Twilight. Who came up with the line “You’d better hold on tight, spider monkey.”? Catherine Hardwicke explained its origin to MTV.
She says: “I woke up in the middle of the night. I thought, ‘They’re going to be climbing that tree, and they’re not going to have anything to say. It’s just going to be another scene of them looking into each other’s eyes.’ “

Eclipse: Casting for Third Twilight Flick Underway !
Casting for the third Twilight movie has begun.
We got our hands on a casting notice for at least three characters in Eclipse.
Find out just what director David Slade is looking for. However, we must warn you that there are a few spoilers…
Riley "is a handsome, blond, clean-cut college boy who falls victim to Victoria," the notice reads. He's in his early to mid 20s and "plays an integral role in Victoria's attempt to murder Bella Swan."
There are two more members of the Quileute tribe and La Push wolf pack in Eclipse. Like New Moon, they are looking for Native American or First Nations actors to fill the roles. Read more....
