Three reasons Robert Pattinson should host 'Saturday Night Live'Here at PopWatch, we're staunch supporters of thoughful debate, citizen activism, rocking the vote, and all such democratic ideals. So when we heard that Twilight fans have organized a petition to nominate their patron vampire saint Edward Cullen (also known as actor Robert Pattinson) for a hosting gig on Saturday Night Live, we felt it was our duty to bring this matter to the people. 'Twilight' Soundtrack Now Online? It's perhaps the most sought-after movie soundtrack of the year, and now it's kinda sorta available online for you to throw on in the background while you dream of sexy vampire boyfriends and ... dark stuff! Yup, looks like most of the upcoming Twilight soundtrack has hit YouTube, and it features songs from angsty bands like Linkin Park, Collective Soul, The Black Ghosts and -- wait for it -- the super misunderstood hottie Robert Pattinson himself on a tune called Never Think. "Twilight" Series Holds 5 Entries In Amazon Top 10 This WeekThere was not much of a shake-up this week on the Amazon Best Seller List as nearly all of last week's entries are holding down their places in the Top 10. Last week's #1, "The Shack" by William P. Young continues to top the chart. The Christian fiction book, about a man who has conversations with God after the death of his 6-year-old daughter, continues its streak as a best-selling, word-of-mouth success.

The rest of the list practically belongs to the Twilight series. The romantic vampire saga from author Stephenie Meyer has 5 entries on the Top 10 list. Breaking Dawn, the latest book in the series, is #2 this week, while Twilight, Book 1 in the series, is at #3. Eclipse, Book 3, and New Moon, Book 2 are at #7 and #8 respectively. The latest addition to the best-selling list, "Twilight: The Complete Illustrated Movie Companion" by Mark Cotta Vaz, features full-color photos, behind-the-scenes details, storyboards and more from the upcoming film adaptation. The book won't be released until October 28th but it comes in at #10 this week in pre-orders. Read more...
